At Ziva Beauty, every order is treated with the same care and attention we put into crafting our products. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we ensure a seamless, luxurious delivery experience.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your tracking details.

During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always keep you informed via email and SMS.

Shipping Methods

We partner with India's most trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your beauty essentials.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (metro cities) / 5–7 business days (other areas)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (select cities, available at checkout)
  • Cash on Delivery: Available for most pin codes

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all states and union territories in India, covering 25,000+ pin codes. Delivery to remote areas may take 2–3 additional business days.

Pin code serviceability is automatically checked during checkout. If your area is not serviceable, we'll notify you before payment.

Packaging & Care

Every Ziva Beauty order is carefully packaged in our signature premium packaging — tamper-proof, eco-friendly, and designed to protect your products during transit. Fragile items are secured with additional bubble-wrap protection.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your order at any time through:

  • Our Track Order page
  • The tracking link in your shipping notification email
  • Your courier partner's website

⚠️ Delayed Shipment Clause

In the rare event of delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen logistical challenges, Ziva Beauty will proactively notify you and work with our courier partners to resolve the issue at the earliest. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within India. We are actively working on expanding to international markets including UAE, Singapore, UK, and USA. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.
