Orders & Payments

Simply browse our collections, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery. Our checkout process is fully secure and typically takes less than 2 minutes.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped yet. Please contact our support team immediately at support@zivabeauty.co.in or call 1800-ZIVA-CARE for assistance.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking from all major banks, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. Please note that COD may not be available for certain remote locations. A nominal COD handling fee may apply for orders below ₹499.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat ₹99 shipping fee. We believe luxury beauty should come with a luxury delivery experience.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships.

Currently, we ship exclusively within India. We are actively working on expanding to international markets including UAE, Singapore, and the UK. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch international shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID to get real-time status updates.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For detailed information, please visit our Return Policy page.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Email us at support@zivabeauty.co.in.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days. The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Product Authenticity

Absolutely. All Ziva Beauty products are 100% authentic, dermatologist tested, and cruelty-free. We formulate everything in-house using premium-grade ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality testing before reaching you.

Never. Ziva Beauty is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals. Beauty should never come at the cost of another living being.

Our products are dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, and comply with all Indian cosmetic safety standards (BIS/CDSCO). Each product listing includes detailed ingredient information and safety certifications.

Skin Safety

Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. We recommend performing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount on your inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If you have specific allergies, always check the ingredient list on the product page.

Our haircare line is sulphate-free, and we minimize the use of parabens across all categories. Specific ingredient information is listed on each product page. We continuously work to improve our formulations with cleaner ingredients.
