Refund Policy

At Ziva Beauty, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.

Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Returns initiated after the 7-day window will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or tampering

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping costs will be charged to you

We take damage claims seriously — no questions asked.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare and makeup products
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items purchased during flash sales (unless defective)
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

🔔 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered the shipping phase. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you'll need to follow the return process instead. Contact us immediately at support@zivabeauty.co.in for cancellations.
